The overall service is less than impressive. Not helpful until they indicate that you've been "such a loyal customer" that they'll "cut you a deal," yet still there was no "deal" cut. Courteous. Took one hour for routine oil change and tire rotation. Sales associates right outside of waiting room talked over cubicle walls about customers - not appropriate. After being told that my oil change would only take “a few more minutes” I needed to ask at the service desk “how much longer” 20 minutes later. Charged $45 for cabin air filter when they can be purchased on line for less than $20. More
