The overall service is less than impressive. Not helpful until they indicate that you've been "such a loyal customer" that they'll "cut you a deal," yet still there was no "deal" cut. We love the Subaru bra until they indicate that you've been "such a loyal customer" that they'll "cut you a deal," yet still there was no "deal" cut. We love the Subaru brand, and it is unfortunate that this is the only Subaru dealer in town. We will be taking our cars elsewhere for service. More

Courteous. Took one hour for routine oil change and tire rotation. Sales associates right outside of waiting room talked over cubicle walls about customers - not appropriate.
