Very happy with the service except for the fact that the last two times I have had to get parts ordered, I was never called when they came in. Brought in ‘20 car with 2nd dead battery in 2 days. Was not told that this is a massive problem with Outback’s.as the installed batteries cannot handle electronics. They charged battery. Everyone I spoke with was very nice and I am not sure if they are aware of problem, but certainly management is. 2nd leased Subaru and never a problem, but this is. I know 2 other people who had same issues. It needs to be fixed with a stronger battery!!! More
