Kelsey was amazing! She was very informative about how things were going with the progress of my vehicle. And when things came up that was out of all of our control, her great customer service skills kick things were going with the progress of my vehicle. More

Unfortunately I can't remember who the female was that helped me with service but she was very friendly and helpful. They did not just go ahead and rotate my tires and explained why. It made a lot of sens helped me with service but she was very friendly and helpful. They did not just go ahead and rotate my tires and explained why. It made a lot of sense and will help make all the tires last longer. I appreciated that! My car was washed and waiting for me at the time promised. Even people on the sales floor are happy to help you when needed. Last summer I unfortunately got hung up on a curved driveway and badly scraped the edges of my rims on both front tires. Kelsey helped me get them fixed through a gentleman that works on rims through you service department. He did an amazing job on a hard project as the rims were custom painted. She saved me from having to look and pay for new rims. I really appreciated that! So far dealing with your service department (several prior experiences), I would have to give you an A+. Customer service is lacking. They rarely discuss price with me until the job is already done. At times, I don’t feel like the service is worth the price. I also feel like having an appointment is not bene with me until the job is already done. At times, I don’t feel like the service is worth the price. I also feel like having an appointment is not beneficial, as I have waited for over 90 minutes for an oil change in the past. However, I prefer to go here because of their experience with Volkswagen vehicles. More

I recently purchased a newer used Subaru from Maple hill. I had a good experience working with them and decided to take my vehicle to the dealer for the first time for its first routine oil change. They were I had a good experience working with them and decided to take my vehicle to the dealer for the first time for its first routine oil change. They were ready for me when I got there. Waiting area was great and service was fast and done well. It was a bit more than your corner mechanic charges but I trust their inspection and don't mind paying more for the overall quality service they provide. More
