I was waiting for my car to be delivered and the date was being pushed back. This dealership let me use a loaner car until my car came and it was over the holidays. I am just the happiest lady in the world right now! Not only did I find my PERFECT Kia Sorento, but from the moment I texted Lynell Richards, who was soooo very helpful with my questions. Then, my most helpful and amazing salesman Carter Macey, who the moment I walked in became a friend too, he's awesome! After that we went to the finance department Kelvin Peoples, amazing young man! He worked hard to make sure I was happy with the price and had everything we need without pressuring it. He had to consult with Tariq Elfauri, smart, awesome man, about getting me a good price for my warranty and he made it to where I could afford it! This team helped me get the car of my dreams! They were some of the friendliest, helpful people I've ever encountered! If I know someone buying a car soon I'm going to not only recommend a Kia but I'm gonna tell them this is the best team to buy from! Thank you to all of you!! Jerry was awesome!! This was a great same-day sale. I knew what car I wanted, and he worked with me to get to the price I wanted. Even the finance team, Kelvin was amazing! He explained each aspect of th knew what car I wanted, and he worked with me to get to the price I wanted. Even the finance team, Kelvin was amazing!
