My wife and I take pride in our King Charles Spaniel and two affectionate Cavapoos. I am an avid bird watcher. I am always eager to discover new avian species. My 23 years in the car business have been incredibly rewarding and full of challenges, which I have, on the most part, successfully navigated.

I had a great experience with this dealership. Karisa was very personable and easy to work with! She was great with communication and had our best interests in mind. I went for oil change on 8/1/26 as they use to have oil express service without appointment. I was first person to arrive was told since I didn’t have an appointment they would have to work me in and it wo express service without appointment. I was first person to arrive was told since I didn’t have an appointment they would have to work me in and it would about two hours as they had appointments set. I decided not to wait and I called and made an appointment for 8/5/26 at 7a. The service person comes to me at 7:53 to tell me a tech didn’t come in and they had someone who would be in around 8a. I don’t know what took an hour before letting me know. I said ok as my only option was to have to come back another day. The car was parked out front at 8:32 once the oil change was completed. I went to the cashier at 8:40 because I needed to get going to work. At 8:46 the service person comes to tell me about service recommendations for my car that I needed but the car had already been pulled out in front of the dealership and this usually happens before the car is parked out front. I didn’t have time but if I did they would have had to take my car back in and they were already working on other cars. My paperwork took another 10 minutes. The service person was very polite and apologetic and gave me a discount of $13.51 off the price. So I made an appointment and spent 2 hours anyway. I have purchased 3 vehicles from this dealership and have got 2 other Nissans that I have owned serviced here. This was not a good experience but usually things are a lot better. More
