When I noticed something was wrong with our car tire I was so worried it would cost us a fortune. Mick took great care of us and was so honest about what was needed for the vehicles safety vs what just co was so worried it would cost us a fortune. I went in expecting it to have a cracked wheel, bent rim, and need a new tire. However they looked at everything and all I needed was a tire, everything balanced well otherwise. They were flexible with when I could schedule bringing it in and made the whole process a breeze. I used the shuttle service to go to the craft store up the road while my vehicle was worked on and everything worked out great and went very smoothly. Thank you to the best service department in the 75087 / 75032 area! More

Sales rep very professional, friendly, helpful, displayed integrity. Experience with finance rep was a very bad . Finance rep ignored both sales rep's written info on my purchase order and without my knowl integrity. Experience with finance rep was a very bad . Finance rep ignored both sales rep's written info on my purchase order and without my knowledge added several thousand dollars to the basic "purchase price" of the vehicle , with the "exras' I requested to be added, all added to the basic vehicle purchase price. When confronted with the incorrect purchase price, the finance rep made a false statement to me and quickly "disappeared". Finance ignored by telephone calls the following day, resulting in my driving from my home 85 miles away back to the dealership the next day, where after bringing the deception done by the finance rep to the attention of the sales rep and then to the attention of the finance mgr, the original finance rep redone the entire contract with the correct figures. I left the dealership very disgusted and extremely disappointed to the finance rep's lack of integrity and the other finance rep's attempt to explain all as "a misunderstanding". More

Contacted sales by telephone , Ken helped answer all questions about vehicle advertised on website, he was extremely professional, friendly, while guiding me through the purchase process. Ken is an asset Toyota of Rockwall , who represents total integrity. However, my experience in dealing with finance (Scott) left me very displeased and stressed as items which I had specifically and carefully communicated that I did not want to purchase , was quietly "added" to the agreed purchase price of the vehicle, resulting in my having to drive back to the dealership the following Monday, to meet with the finance manager , who after reviewing the issues, took the necessary steps to correct the vehicle sales price to the correct amount. This experience with finance left me uncertain about the ethics of the finance dept. More

I’m disappointed with the company Toyota for going the cheap route as far as the glove box no lining , no lining for the secret compartment when I’ve always had a Camry that had these things and not to me cheap route as far as the glove box no lining , no lining for the secret compartment when I’ve always had a Camry that had these things and not to mention a Camry case for my manual wow that was very surprising to me when I bought a SE this time around and have to put it in a plastic bag . This shouldn’t be happening Toyota is the best vehicle on the market and should stand up strong like it’s vehicle not go the cheap route for it’s disappointing to its customers. When I speak of these little things they’re important to us customer’s. Sometimes it’s the little things that make us happy. This has nothing to do with this dealership they were great I’m talking about the people who came up with these ideas . I would send anyone and everyone to Toyota of rockwall for a Camry I love my car. More
