I had issues with my original Brand new purchase. Within a little over a week, I did get a new vehicle, but I was not happy with the experience. In addition, I had to continue to reach out to Toyot Within a little over a week, I did get a new vehicle, but I was not happy with the experience. In addition, I had to continue to reach out to Toyota ( not Toyota being proactive and reaching out to me) in order to get my billing established correctly and to have someone send my new license plates. Not at good experience at all considering that this was my 5th Toyota that I purchased and third at this dealership. More

5 Star sales team. Very patient with us. With so many cars to choose from I changed my mind several times during the week. My husband and I have already told many people we know about the great experience we had there and encourage them to drive out of the metroplex to save serious dollars and still get everything they want in a new car. Fantastic! 2 vehicles purchased My husband and I were planning to buy 2 from Toyota of Rockwall because we had purchased a car there in 2017. We met Ken Martin and he spent a lot of My husband and I were planning to buy 2 from Toyota of Rockwall because we had purchased a car there in 2017. We met Ken Martin and he spent a lot of time with us to make sure we found vehicles we would be happy with. He was very patient and so helpful that we decided to buy both vehicles from him. He is the best salesperson I’ve worked with and we will continue to buy all our cars from him. Every question we had was answered and he walked us through the whole process. Wonderful salesperson! Terry Pierson was our finance manager in 2017 and again this time. He remembered us after all this time! He took his time going over our paperwork with us and answered all of our questions. He said if we had any further question to just give him a call. If we could choose who our finance manager could be we would pick Terry every time. Good and Bad For a vehicle purchase the process went fairly quick and smooth. Found the vehicle online and visited the dealership early Saturday. Met with Ken Ma For a vehicle purchase the process went fairly quick and smooth. Found the vehicle online and visited the dealership early Saturday. Met with Ken Martin at the door and did not stop until complete of sale. Only had to wait for a very short period of time. Negative, which probably applies to most dealerships, is that price, payments, etc was agreed then in the last meeting with finance, monthly payment increases due to warranties, gap and other extras. While Joey Desrosiers did a great job in explaining and going over the options, I still felt a little pressured to commit after several hours in the dealership. Also, once paperwork and sale was complete it was like I was directed to the new vehicle and on my own to transfer any belongings to the new vehicle. Basically customer service stopped and sales team was on to the next prospect. More

I have taking my vehicle in four times to complete these upgrades. Still not done. I continue to get false hope when bringing in my vehicle. Needless to say, I regret purchasing the new tundra from my old tundra. Just not worth the hassle. Please make sure your salesman understands and that your request can be accomidated. More
