I had the pleasure of working with Kenneth Vachris in the service department. His expertise, exceptional insight, and attention to detail have led me to continue to have all service performed on my Mercedes service department. His expertise, exceptional insight, and attention to detail have led me to continue to have all service performed on my Mercedes at Rallye Motors throughout the years. I purchased my car at Rallye, but I live near Syracuse, New York. While there is a Mercedes dealership less than ten miles from my home, I drive more than 500 miles round-trip to have my vehicle serviced at Rallye because of Mr. Vachris. I will continue to purchase cars from the dealership due to the exemplary service I have received. More
