He made sure we had all our questions answered and showed the vehicles we asked to see. When it came to the financing Ken gave us our options and prices, after all was said and done he was very helpful and we ended up with a smaller payment than originally quoted which I have never experienced with any other purchase I have done in the past. My overall experience was great and I would recommend this team to anyone. More

Best Seamless Experience Ever David Lee With student loans kicking my behind my credit was not great. I was confident I was not able to be approved for a brand new vehicle. My husband insisted we need 2 vehicles with a family of 5. I was a bit reluctant because I never experienced purchasing a vehicle from an actual dealership especially with trying to rebuild my credit. However, from the moment I walked through the door David Lee was beyond awesome. He had everything ready until we experienced a bit of a hiccup on my behalf. My husband picked the 19 Kia snow pearl optima which was awesome but the note was a little bit more and instead obtained the ebony black which was $100 cheaper and still beautiful. David did not seek the 1st financial institution who was willing to finance us. he searched to find a better APR with the equipped package. Not to mention, David delivered an abundance of information based on his experience with rebuilding credit. I always say things happen in divine order and David is a gifted salesperson who cares for his clients!!!! More

I had found a specific vehicle online and made a call. I spoke with Jordan on the phone and he was also very helpful and professional. Jordan also came up to introduce himself while I was in the showroom waiting on the car. I bought a used 2018 Sportage, the vehicle was being used as an employee car and it needed to be cleaned from the usage. I would say my only issue was the car wasn't completely clean when I was given it. There were personal things left in the car, nothing of importance but getting a new car with things left in it was disappointing. Costa was very friendly and made the process easy and painless. My wife also owns a Kia and we will be customers for our next vehicles in the future. More
