This was our 3rd purchase with Long Macarthur, but our very first brand new vehicle. We are a family of 6 and trying to find something that fits all of us, gets decent mileage and is affordable is difficu very first brand new vehicle. We are a family of 6 and trying to find something that fits all of us, gets decent mileage and is affordable is difficult. To be honest, up until now, we have always driven Chevy Suburbans. My husband first purchased a Ford truck a few years ago from Long Macarthur and was very impressed with the customer service and the prices. A year ago he traded his truck in for another Ford with low miles because of the quality and customer service at this dealership. Finally this year it was time to trade our suburban in. Because of the success he had at Long Macarthur we decided to go ahead and look to see what they might have to fit our family. We spent half a day with a very patient Austin Ward trying out different Fords that might work for us. After weighing the options we eventually bought a brand new Ford Expedition. Spending that much money is stressfull but Austin never pressured us. He had us try out several different options both on the used and new lots. He made the process so much easier. He even stayed with us, after his day was over, to go over the features of our new car even though he had a family at home waiting on him. We would definetly recommend him to anyone looking to buy a vehicle. Kevin Sanders also was a big help giving us different payment options and trying to help us stay within our budget. I don't think you can beat their prices or their customer service anywhere!! More
