The took care of all standard service. But failed to offer an explanation for the surge when stopped. Almost like being tapped by a car but no one is there. The phone receptionist was very good, and the service was done satisfactorily. However, I never saw the service representative. I had a question about what service was actually performed because the descript done satisfactorily. However, I never saw the service representative.
