We are truly sorry we could not install the part that the other Honda dealer sold you. The part was covered under warranty and should have never been billed to you. We could not use the part as it was purchased, We cannot refund an item from another Honda dealer that was purchased and is considered a warranty item. I apologize for the radio not being reset.
