I purchased my vehicle from another Honda location about a year ago, and recently it had thrown a check engine light. Upon getting it diagnosed, I found it was a critical part of the engine that would lead a year ago, and recently it had thrown a check engine light. Upon getting it diagnosed, I found it was a critical part of the engine that would lead to catastrophic failure if not fixed. I had opted in for power-train coverage when purchased, and brought my car in to the Riverdale location to hopefully get it figured out. Lizzy and many other members of the team treated me wonderfully. They helped guide me through the process, set appropriate expectations, and filed my claim through Cornerstone for me. They reached out with anything that seemed significant, and maintained absolute transparency through-out the whole process. They practically rebuilt my entire engine in the matter of days. What would have been a $3,500 dollar repair ended up only costing me $100 because of their diligence. It was a wonderful experience that kept me from having no transportation and financial destitute. Took my car in for warranty work with a Honda Purchased part. and Ken Garff wouldn't use the honda dealership part I had purchased to fix my car. Nor would they help me return it to the other Honda deal part. and Ken Garff wouldn't use the honda dealership part I had purchased to fix my car. Nor would they help me return it to the other Honda dealership. Ontop of that, I had to go in multiple times when my car was claimed to be done, to find out that all of the work I had requested did not get done. One simple thing where I asked for Honda to unlock my radio still didn't get done. Now I have to take more time to call Honda and get the code to unlock my radio. Lets be frank, there is a reason that I choose to go to other dealerships first and Ken Garff Honda is my last choice for Honda parts or service. More

I bought my car through the dealership and it was hands down the easiest dealership to work with. I got my first oil change on my new vehicle and it was amazing they send you a link that you can track and down the easiest dealership to work with.
