I’ve brought my car to Mac haik several times for the same problem. They keep saying oh the problem is fixed or oh we can’t find the problem. But my car still having transmission issues. What’s even more same problem. They keep saying oh the problem is fixed or oh we can’t find the problem. But my car still having transmission issues. What’s even more crazy is the transmission is “so say new” . They customer service sucks . From check-in…to management and also the loaner department ! Even the girl who checks you out had an attitude. Which out of all of them I should be the one mad . I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE OVER HERE FOR MECHANIC WORK NOR TO PURCHASE AN VEHICLE . RUNNNNNNN GO ELSEWHERE ! These people DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR MONEY ! ! More

What is there not to like about Larry? ! I have come to this dealership for multiple years specifically for the service department. at one time I have purchased a Chevrolet Cruz from a diff ! I have come to this dealership for multiple years specifically for the service department. at one time I have purchased a Chevrolet Cruz from a different dealership that did not have a service department making Mac Haik my go to service department and home for all my certified Chevrolet needs. Overtime I had more complications with the car I purchased, and Larry was always trying to provide me with sound advice. I later found out $3000.00 later the car I was sold at a different dealership was a lemon and I needed to get rid of it. If it was not for him letting me know about the car, I got I would have continued to pour more and more money into that car. He helped me with getting in touch with a nice salesperson who also took great care of me and got me into a car that lasted me for years without any issues not one. a breath of fresh air. I learned to listen to Mr. Larry when he is giving advice because he does mean well and he knows those Chevrolet cars like the back of his hand. Thank you for all you do Sir! More

My vehicle stated in the shop 6 months to get the engine replaced finally got it back and the check engine light came back on before I could get Home the water hose was leaking radiator fluid I took it back replaced finally got it back and the check engine light came back on before I could get Home the water hose was leaking radiator fluid I took it back and they didn't have the clamps on came off then I get it back check engine light still on took it back due to hose still leaking they ended up putting on a new hose kept 3days still no results in reference to the check engine light there just resetting it lied about putting a sensor on codes says burning lean since October 2023 extended warranty paid MacHaik around $14,000 my car's still not fixed this service department sucks More
