I had gotten to the appointment on time and the car repair needing completed was performed by Dave May, and finished in a timely manner. Staff is friendly enough. One repair (ignition) was covered by warranty. Other repair, transmission, was not. Subaru and Maple Hill were unwilling to help (warranty over milea One repair (ignition) was covered by warranty. Other repair, transmission, was not. Subaru and Maple Hill were unwilling to help (warranty over mileage). Disappointing that transmission is a known issue and Subaru is not being more proactive to fix the issue. Thank goodness for aftermarket repairs. Will not buy or recommend Subaru again. More
