They listened to my needs and provided information quickly while not pressuring to purchase. I recommend that everyone visit Herb Chambers Toyota of Auburn, especially this team, in whatever car search. Not only are Toyota vehicles good quality, reliable cars, there are people who are truly professional in dealing with customers. Great First Experience I went in yesterday after multiple conversation over the phone with Samantha, Lauren, and Cierra; which they where super helpful and made me feel very I went in yesterday after multiple conversation over the phone with Samantha, Lauren, and Cierra; which they where super helpful and made me feel very comfortable with their superior customer service. When I arrived I was greeted by Samantha who linked me with their product specialist Kennedy who was very Pleasant, knowable and knew exactly what he was doing. He Made this experience as simple and fast as possible. The sales managers Dylan was great to work with, he gave me the best deal right up front with out any hassle which is obviously a plus in my book. Then I dealt with the finance manage Sean who wrapped everything up quickly and made this process smooth. I had such an awesome experience. I would really recommend Herb Chambers Toyota of Auburn. YOU GUYS ROCK!!!!! More

Well Done!! Lauren Smith, Internet Sales Manager and myself had been working together via telephone in regards to my search for purchasing a vehicle from Herb Cha Lauren Smith, Internet Sales Manager and myself had been working together via telephone in regards to my search for purchasing a vehicle from Herb Chambers of Auburn. Not being 100% successful I attempted to look for a vehicle on line for myself. Lauren, received the inquiry and we chatted and she understood my terms to work with only (1) leasing salesperson. I had made it clear to Lauren, that this was my 4th purchase of leasing a RAV4 and that I had the leasing terms under my belt. I advised the scenarios that I have been put through working with 2 other dealerships. Understanding requests she was very helpful in making sure that I would not be disappointed with my visit. She wanted me to have a great customer experience. Lauren, went above her call of duty in following up with me. Without pressure kept me posted along the way of other promotions. We stayed in contact to make sure that I would be a satisfied with my requests to visit the Auburn dealership. I arrived and had the introduction to Issa . Issa, was for sure very cordial, respectful, soft spoken, very knowledgeable and professional. Issa went over the options that I had agreed to with Lauren and it went very smoothly. Best of all "No Pressure" it was just all about listening to what different scenarios were available. Issa, totally understood and said no worries. I'll do my best to fix it for you. I want you to have a good experience. We will continue to find the best possible deal that will work within your budget. I still needed some wiggle room since I convinced myself that I did not want to give up the "soft-tech" feature on the lease. So negotiations continued. Trying to find extra wiggle room and staying within the budget, I was then greeted by Sales Manager, Dhimitri Lako, a fine professional as well. We did some chit-chat, worked the numbers over and finally came up with a fixed leasing price which was agreeable. Dhimitri, truly wanted an excellent review for his dealership, for Dhimitri, Issa, Lauren and Andi Xhacka "Judge-Ka, (so wonderful to work with as well, extremely professional, explained the credit process since I wanted to make sure I fully understood terms. Very cautious of questions that needed to be answered. Dhimitri provided 2 selling options. After a 5 hour visit at the dealership we agreed on terms and I agreed on my new lease. Part of this lengthy stay was my decision to change my mind on the vehicle at the last minute. On this day a vehicle was being moved out of the showroom. In comes a beautiful Black Currant Metallic XLE through the showroom. "My heart and eyes be still" . I had changed my mind and once again. Issa, Dhimitri, needed to work out the numbers and explain the bells and whistles of this vehicle since it was different in price/options. It did not matter, Dhimitri, made the numbers work and I was happy and a "Sold" sign was put on the vehicle. Thank you everyone, who made this happen for me. Customer service is still alive Before I came into the dealer Lauren was extremely helpful and gave me faith. Then coming into the dealership I was greeted by Monish!!! I was at two dealers previously and had the worst experience ever. As someone whose worked in customer service their whole life, I was astonished at how awful people treated you. Hundreds of deelers offering the same thing, only thing separating them is customer service. Monish was knowledgeable, helpful, didn’t try to tell me to look at another car that clearly I didn’t want, he was reasonable and polite and funny and personable. I cannnootttttt say enough great things about the personnel and Monish and Lauren and will recommend to everyone. More

Couldn't Be Happier! I have so many positive things to say about my experience here, especially after being treated unfairly at another unrelated dealership. I'll I have so many positive things to say about my experience here, especially after being treated unfairly at another unrelated dealership. I'll start at the beginning, I first started looking for a car because the transmission went in my previous one so it was unexpected that I would have to look for a new car in the middle of a semester at school & during the holidays. I tried going to the Toyota dealership in Auburn looking for a RAV4 or a Honda CRV in my price range and met Marque, unfortunately at the time they didn't have anything available but kept in touch in emails if anything came up. He honestly let me know that there was one that was a possibility but turned out to be unsafe to drive. So the search continued. After a couple weeks, I looked at their website again and saw that there were a few cars that I would be interested in and reached out to Marque. Again, he helped me and researched all the possible cars all over New England that would be exactly what I asked for, but they sadly all kept coming up as on hold for other customers. 5 or 6 failed attempts later, and there was finally something available, but was in service when I came to check in. Determined, Marque was able to find one CRV that was available on the spot in the next town over, and rather than waiting and risking someone else buying it the next day, because they were literally going fast, he ended up driving me over to the other Toyota dealership so that I could test drive/bring the car back to Auburn so that I could have first dibs. FINALLY after searching for two months because my 2004 Ford Escape died, I had found the perfect car that was exactly what I could afford to spend on a car, a 2009 Honda CRV with awesome features too. Marque went above and beyond what I expected and made the entire process easy and painless. Given all the unique situations that came up, it was an amazing experience and I have been telling everyone! I would also like to add that the whole building was under major renovations and every single staff member working there had adapted to the situation amazingly. They were sharing workspaces, using makeshift desk areas, running messages back and forth because the intercoms weren't working yet, using space heaters where needed, and just generally working well as a team through an otherwise difficult situation. It was obvious that they were making the best of it. Also, any time I came in and was waiting around, every staff member kindly asked if I was being taken care of. The customer service from not only Marque, but also Matt, and all the other members who helped with every step of the sale was above expectations! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! More
