A positive experience. I purchased my first Camry at Oakbrook Toyota in 1998 and also purchased my second Camry at Oakbrook Toyota. One of the main reasons is the service d I purchased my first Camry at Oakbrook Toyota in 1998 and also purchased my second Camry at Oakbrook Toyota. One of the main reasons is the service department. The quality of service, convenient hours, and courtesy shuttle are all first class. I never feel that the service department is pushing unneeded services or parts to me. When I could not bring the car to Westmont and had to use other dealers I was told that I needed additional services which I said I would think about. When I brought the car to Oakbrook Toyota,. more often than not, there was no need for the service. I hope to buy my next Toyota in Westmont. More

Oil change and various other service to my 2017 toyota camry All my questions was answered and taken care of during my service visit. My service was excellent. I needed a holder plate for my vehicle license plate. it was provided and affixed to license plate holder on my automobile. The service man reminded me to select a date for the next visit and did not insist I make one at the time but it could be called in at a later date. . More
