Jim Haar was awesome. He followed thru numerous times and made the buying experience so smooth. That was not the case on several other (10) dealers. We had actually decided to just wait a while since and made the buying experience so smooth. That was not the case on several other (10) dealers. My wife and I are totally pleased with the way we were treated at Sapaugh! We went online to qualify and check out some of the inventory beforehand. The sales person, Jim Faar, gave me a call and asked what model, color, new or used car we were looking for, as well as what time we'd be stopping by. When we arrived, he already several cars right up front for us to look at. That was nice because the weather was cold, with a little mix of snow and ice. We chose a new Blazer and couldn't be happier! This is the fourth vehicle we've purchased from Sapaugh and I'm sure it won't be our last. More

Great Dealership One night was jus browsing online after a friend of mine said Sapaugh Chevrolet treated him with a good deal. Wasn’t really needing to trade, but came One night was jus browsing online after a friend of mine said Sapaugh Chevrolet treated him with a good deal. Wasn’t really needing to trade, but came across my truck and set a appointment up. They emailed me and lot of things took place before I ever pulled in. The set me up with my salesman Al Vincent (high recommend him ) although I’m sure others are just as qualified. Al was answering questions for me before I could actually ask the questions! No haggling back and forth the offered a great deal on my two vehicles I traded in and great price on there truck. They shuttles me back to my place to pick up my second vehicle and had me out the door within a hour after I got back... a full tank of gas and a new truck to drive home Thanks again! More

Really Disappointed So here's the deal. Three weeks ago I would have gave Sapaugh Motors a 5-star review. However, now that answer isn't even up for grabs. I purchased a So here's the deal. Three weeks ago I would have gave Sapaugh Motors a 5-star review. However, now that answer isn't even up for grabs. I purchased a vehicle from Sapaugh in May of 2018 so I went back for my second vehicle purchase this month. I test drove a vehicle off their lot that was EXACTLY what I wanted, aside from color. No big deal though because staff assured me they would get that EXACT vehicle, but in the color I wanted. We then worked out numbers; I wanted my payment a certain number and they got it there. A couple days later the car came in, I signed papers and drove off ecstatic! Then, a week went by and I realized that this car that I left with was NOT what I test drove weeks prior. There were many things missing that I was really hoping for. These things included, but were not limited to blind space alerts and rear hatch opening/closing availability. I didn't think much about it and was just going to let it all be, until I started getting really upset that this car was NOT EXACTLY what I picked out and discussed payments over. So I called. My salesman was not present so I spoke with "Ben." He was very nice. However there was nothing they could do about selling me the wrong vehicle. Thank you Sapaugh for the 7 years in debt for selling me something that was not EXACTLY what I thought I was signing papers on. I will refer my future businesses elsewhere :) More
