When I called Friday they said I could drop my vehicle off and they call you to let you know what they find. I had the vehicle towed the next day which was Saturday and the tow person stated my informatio off and they call you to let you know what they find. I had the vehicle towed the next day which was Saturday and the tow person stated my information was provided to the dealership. I didn’t hear anything Sunday so I called on Monday to follow up and they put me on hold to find the advisor for my vehicle and then another person answers with their name so I explain that I was on hold since it was a different voice. That is when they explain they are the advisor. So I explain I hadn’t heard anything so I wasn’t sure if there was any information needed. He rudely responds that I hadn’t called them so they were waiting for me. He proceeds to say there was no information for me. Which I have had a quote from this exact dealership before so looking up my vin number should bring that up IF the tow truck driver hadn’t provided the information. The agent proceeds to state that there’s no information I’ve ever been there before and takes my information down. He explains pricing and how the diagnostic charge would apply if I don’t proceed with the repair. So I agree and he sends a text message for me to respond to. Although originally I was quoted two days they call back a few hours later stating the engine blew and quote the cost and I ask for time to think about it and he responds I have to respond the same day. I text back that I won’t be moving forward with the repair and they respond I’m still liable for the diagnostic fee. I then ask about if Kia purchases cars for parts and he responds someone in sales will reach out. This didn’t happen. I go to the dealership the following day and am told that the sales rep will meet me shortly. The same representative while speaking to another person talks about my vehicle and laughs saying he guesses I will have to tow it. While I’m in ear shot which is just in poor taste. I follow her to her desk and she proceeds to be on her phone for at least 5 minutes while I sit there then calls me by the wrong name and says she had to finish another part of her job. I would have much rather her do this prior to walking me over when she clearly wasn’t ready. Apparently no information was passed as she was not the correct person to talk to for selling my car for parts. I wait for the correct agent who walks down with an annoyed face and doesn’t even say hello until I greet him first. As the car didn’t work they give me a quote and I walk back to continue waiting for my tow truck to arrive to bring my car home. When my car was brought into the dealership it had started that morning and had no issues with battery or power. When we reached the car it wouldn’t even respond to my remote clicker to unlock. An issue with compression in the engine shouldn’t impact the battery at all so I don’t know what was done to have caused that in the 3 days Kia had my vehicle. While I wait in the lobby I proceed to hear the same sales rep yelling peoples names across the sales floor and just generally being unprofessional. Just overall had a poor experience with rude representatives that clearly did not want to be there and had a lack of training. More
