Susanna is a burst of fresh air in buying a car. She’s straightforward and efficient in explaining the purchases and negotiation was on point. Normally you would have to go back and forth for hours in a n straightforward and efficient in explaining the purchases and negotiation was on point. Normally you would have to go back and forth for hours in a normal sale. She cut all that out because she gives the bottom line up front on what’s Realistic while trying to work out the deal. Highly recommend her unless you like hanging out at the dealership closing a deal for hours. However you HAVE to do your homework in order to be effective in negotiation. A great sales manager needs the support of a great dealership to allow them to work out good deals. She’s at the right store at the right time. More

This week I purchased my first new vehicle and instead of it being a daunting experience it was absolutely joyful and WONDERFUL! I walked in honestly not even knowing what I wanted and HE figured that out with me. This process was a breeze and every rep involved at Honda Cerritos was kind hearted and knowledgeable but it was Mr. Emilio Diaz that SLAYED this deal for me. It is entirely thanks to him I walked away the SAME DAY with a brand new car. As a first time buyer and single young woman, I went into this pretty anxious and quickly saw that I was in excellent and absolutely professional hands. What an experience.
