Not your normal dealership! Fantastic place! I worked in the car business for 6 years. I dealt with numerous dealerships during those years and was completely turned off with the car buying proc I worked in the car business for 6 years. I dealt with numerous dealerships during those years and was completely turned off with the car buying process as a whole. We had a bad experience with a dealership on a previous Toyota we purchased a few years ago. After an auto accident left me with a totaled car, I was dreading dealing with the whole car buying process once again. Toyota of Louisville is not your typical dealership. They truely care about their customers and made the whole process go extremely smooth. We were in and out in no time with the employees going above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with our purchase and the treatment we received doing so. I cannot speak highly enough of our salesman, Joseph. Outstanding individual who truely cared about us and made this whole process as enjoyable as possible. We were not a paycheck, we were people.
