Prior to going to Oak Lawn Toyota, I visited 2 other dealerships, one I actually got up and walked out, and the other one I terminated the deal the sales staff there were like vultures, I felt I was bei dealerships, one I actually got up and walked out, and the other one I terminated the deal the sales staff there were like vultures, I felt I was being attacked. I was extremely impressed with the professionalism shown by my salesperson Liz Chavez . I never felt pressured or taken advantage of always respected. Liz has such a bubbly personality, I felt I was interacting with a personal friend. I would definitely recommend her to friends and family, her smile is so sincere. I must not forget Jason Stoit who is an A-1 Business Manager and made the financial part pain-free. I felt he was honest and not pushy, which is what I previously experienced at the beginning of my car shopping. The car I purchased is my 5th Toyota…I can’t believe it’s my first purchase from Oak Lawn Toyota. To anyone in the market for buying a car new or used check out Oak Lawn Toyota, they will save you time and money. More

I was looking for a 4Runner TRD PRO. Liz and Steve were upfront and honest about the price and lead time. They did not attempt to over charge me for the vehicle as many dealers would have. They both kept great communication with detailed updates. Steve made personal assurance that the truck had all the options that I wanted. When I came to pick the car up they had it all cleaned and ready to go. There was no uncomfortable pressure for extra services and the finance agent was very straight forward and friendly. They all did a truly exceptional job! More

Walked in for a Camry. Walked out with a Avalon. Glad they had that bad boy in the showroom. Nice experience and buying a new car was really quick and ez.
