Unexpected, but great experience! Went to the dealership to check out the RAV4 as we were planning on renting that type of vehicle on vacation. Long happened to be walking by and offer Went to the dealership to check out the RAV4 as we were planning on renting that type of vehicle on vacation. Long happened to be walking by and offered to show it to us.. It was a little small so we asked to see a Highlander. Long was very accommodating. He showed us a few models and went over all the features, etc. He was very pleasant and not a bit pushy as we hadn't come to purchase a car to begin with. We left, but returned a couple days later to test drive the Highlander. That SUV is so nice and roomy, handles well and is a smooth ride not to mention all the great features. Love the back up camera! Long, Steve and Nai all worked with us to give us a good deal. This is our third Toyota purchased from this dealership. All of the staff that we dealt with during the process was great! More
