My car buying experience with Ralph Kurland and Bill Scarbrough was exceptional. To the extent that I've purchased 2 brand new Outbacks from them since 2019. Plus I brought my partner in to purchase a v Scarbrough was exceptional. To the extent that I've purchased 2 brand new Outbacks from them since 2019. Plus I brought my partner in to purchase a vehicle from them as well. Ralph is a true professional. He does not pressure and always keeps the customers interest in mind. I had a remarkable experience working with him and will continue to purchase vehicles from him. Thank you Ralph you rock! The service department on the other hand is a mess and is a nightmare to deal with. I will unfortunately have to write a negative review on the SERVICE department. My experiences so far since 2019 have been unacceptable. I will not take my vehicles here for service and I recommend you do not use this department either. Multiple times, I've had to bring my car back on several separate occasions for an issue that I identified, and was told it would be fixed and was not. I am disappointed with the customer service of the service department. Overall, I recommend this dealership for purchasing a new or used vehicle. Just don't bring it back for service. More

We bought a new 2021 Forester Sport 4/14/21. Paid full price (less body side moldings $329) and got offer for $500 for our 2004 Camry w 170K. We attended the Atlanta Car show earlier same day and got $500 price (less body side moldings $329) and got offer for $500 for our 2004 Camry w 170K. We attended the Atlanta Car show earlier same day and got $500 coupon bar code but dealer could not read it and not give it. After some give and take the salesman Ralph gave us $1000 for the Camry and we paid upfront for a 3 year lease with option AT ANYTIME to convert to purchase, which we plan to do. My wife wanted to be owner so all paperwork is in her name. We found some errors in the paperwork; $1000 for the trade was not reflected and the promised $500 coupon was also missing. Came back on 4/19/21 to have corrected - and now it begins. Was told by Ralph and Finance guy Mike that all was correct and that $500 coupon was coming from Subaru. We asked where in the paperwork it showed this. After some heated discussion Louis the GM cut us a check (#133296) for $1000 and said; "he would have found it anyway". He and the finance guy Mike both seemed condecending and dismissive. On 5/10/21 we came in for our learn all about your Subaru class given wonderfully by Atiq Choudhry. While there I checked with Ralph on our $500 coupon status. Earlier that day Subaru said that the coupon would come for the dealer. When I spoke to Ralph he was upset that he had been dinged by the bad review my wife gave on our experience with this dealership. She noted that while I was away getting the title they rushed her through the purchase. When I returned with the title Ralph asked if "everything was still on" - strange I thought later. Well I should have known - did a Carmax buy your car and did a honest eval and was given $2400 good for 5 days - MY BAD. Ralph said that Louis was out and would get to us today (5/11) and he did calling my wife at 8:30 am ranting that they had been maligned and that the check was in the mail. My wife asked for an apology and was told I quote that he would never apologize and then.....hung up. On 5/10 Atiq while giving the class said that he would speak to Louis - because at the monthly meeting our purchase was discussed. We got our $500 check from this dealer the next day. Bottom line - all of this could have been avoided by good customer service and above all honesty. Anywhere along the line this dealer could have tried just a little harder to gain our trust offer an apology and prevent this disaster. This reflects so badly on Subaru when the blame should be on this dealer. We truly love our Forester but would never recommend buying form this dealer. We will also not use this dealer for service (also due to bad reviews) and can only hope that the other location for service in Roswell - also owned by the same dealer is better. If not there is another dealer on the other side of town about 45 minutes....I can only hope. More

After having had a couple of negative experiences with other dealerships in the Atlanta area, it was refreshing to go to Subaru of Kennesaw and be treated with respect. Ralph, our salesperson, and Luis, t other dealerships in the Atlanta area, it was refreshing to go to Subaru of Kennesaw and be treated with respect. Ralph, our salesperson, and Luis, the GM, were patient, kind and so incredibly helpful. My husband and I came in to look for two cars. One of the cars we wanted was in transit and there were a couple of things that made it so we couldn’t leave with new cars that day. We never felt pressured or bullied into purchasing something we didn’t want. Instead, Ralph texted me when the car I wanted came in. He also came in on his day off to make sure I got what I wanted and to see the process through. He communicated via cell and text so we could have everything ready when my husband and I came in. Once we came back in, he was so patient as we test drove the final cars again and answered all our questions. The biggest thing for me was that he was funny and kind, not treating me like my opinions didn’t matter because I am a woman, which happens so frequently at other dealerships. He asked about our lifestyles to make sure we were getting the cars and features that would be the most useful to us. Steve in finance was also informative, quick and didn’t try to pressure us when he offered additional warranties. He was very professional and great to work with. We felt confident that the transaction was handled properly after having had a terrible experience at a different Toyota dealership in the area three years ago. I can’t say enough good things about Subaru of Kennesaw. They’ve made us customers for life! More

After going to many different dealerships, the professionalism of the staff at Subaru of Kennesaw is what sealed the deal for me. Going into a dealership as a woman can be very intimidating but Co professionalism of the staff at Subaru of Kennesaw is what sealed the deal for me. Going into a dealership as a woman can be very intimidating but Colin Blanken was very welcoming and knowledgeable. Knowing that he personally drives the car I was looking to buy was a huge asset in my opinion. He took the time to educate me on the Subaru brand and showed me every detail of the 2020 Outback. This was a ZERO PRESSURE sale that was extremely EASY! The Sales manager and the finance staff was also top notch. More

Very extremely shocked by the shameful and rude behavior of their sales manager Jeff Rizzo. Not only is he rude and disrespectful and unprofessional, but he is also not willing to work with customer and doe of their sales manager Jeff Rizzo. Not only is he rude and disrespectful and unprofessional, but he is also not willing to work with customer and does not care to help to ensure customer satisfaction to make a sale. I was repeatedly told by him that I seemed like the kind of person to wanna stall out the process and waste time instead of go through with a sale in a timely manner..... like excuse me?!?! Why would I want to sit there all day trying to make a deal with a rude and disrespectful sales MANAGER instead of buy a car that I want and leave in a timely manner. Needless to say we did not leave with the car. Especially considering the fact that they basically rushed us out the door and did not want us there any longer and had no interest in getting our business even though we had cash in hand to buy the car right away and we were very interested! But will never come here again! Hope everyone sees just how this business operates and the incompetent and unprofessional employees that are employed here... Will never come back! More

They truly went above and beyond to make sure I had what I wanted. Johnny Poole, Mike Deem, and the GM Louis were fantastic helps and made me feel comfortable during the process. I couldn't have asked for anything more in this experience, and will certainly encourage my family and friends to visit Subaru of Kennesaw when making a vehicle purchase. I love my Crosstrek, and will likely be a Subaru customer for life! More
