** TOTAL LACK ** of attention to detail. I gave specific requests/instructions to the sale Rep -- RALPH -- to "add a Trailer Hitch, and Do NOT active Starlink" (aka On-Star), and he com I gave specific requests/instructions to the sale Rep -- RALPH -- to "add a Trailer Hitch, and Do NOT active Starlink" (aka On-Star), and he completely screwed everything up. Even though I told him several times about the hitch, and followed up twice (he told me it was on order both times, and then later recanted via text message)...he completely dropped the ball. He forgot to add the cost of the hitch to the car, and then asked for my credit card for the $985 to fix his mistake! (I'm not even counting the fact that Ralph failed to relay to the financial officer the terms of the agreemnt for the car. Had I not read the contracts, I would have been forced to pay MORE that the terms agreed upon -- Again -- LACK OF DETAL). Additionally, we also had a whole discussion as to why I didn't want Starlink...Ralph dropped the ball on that one too. About a week later, I get notified that Starlink was activated, which I then had to spend HOURS of my life trying to fix. I have no explaination why he didn't make sure my instructions were followed....just a shrudge of his shoulders and said...well, basically, nothing. He should have followed up and made SURE my instructions were forwarded to whomever activates Starlink. Ralph has NO ATTENTION TO DETAIL and NO follow-up/through!! The dealership lost two stars over two mistakes, and one more for the hastle of FIXING THEM out of my pocket finacially or with the hours of my life with customer support. None of this would have happend had they simply LISTENED to their customer. Also, I am giving a "POOR" to the "How would you rate the dealership's explanation of final vehicle pricing?" below because they didn't add the cost of the hitch to the financing, and had the wrong terms written that had to be corrected at the time of signing. To be clear, I had to eat the cost of the hitch on my credit card. NOT OKAY! In my opinion, they should have credited me the cost of the Starlink ($100 that was wrapped into the cost of the car...without my permission, I might add) toward the cost of the hitch. They REFUSED when asked. NOT HAPPY! More

I had been in touch with John through email and he was giving me prices on different cars. He priced me on an Ascent and I was very happy with the price. I told him immediately I was interested and then c giving me prices on different cars. He priced me on an Ascent and I was very happy with the price. I told him immediately I was interested and then called him to verify the price and make sure it was there before I drove 50 minutes. Once I got there I met with him and test drove the car. Fell in love with the car. John then printed out the total price and he had made a mistake with the price. Not just once but TWICE. I was very disappointed because the main reason I drove out there was for the price of the car. I asked to speak to a manager who was rude about it and wouldn’t meet me at the price that was quoted to me over email and over the phone. *I understand mistakes happen but I called to reassure and double check the price before I headed that way. At the end of the day, I did get the car and am very happy with the car I got. But I wasn’t 100% satisfied with the staff and how they handled the situation. More

We purchased our 2022 Subaru Forester Sport from Ralph Kurland at Subaru of Kennesaw. In this market I was expecting to have to fight over PPI addons, dealer markups, private financing, and employer relat Kurland at Subaru of Kennesaw. In this market I was expecting to have to fight over PPI addons, dealer markups, private financing, and employer related discounts but at each of the expected hurdles it was no issue at all. Every step of the process was extremely easy and pressure free, even the pitch for the extended warranty was no pressure at all. I am very satisfied and feel like I was treated like a human being. Every dealer experience should be like this from customer relations to sales to the business manager I spoke with, they were all perfect. As an aside Subaru built our vehicle in very short order, we cancelled our Ford after it became apparent we'd be waiting another year and Subaru delivered in almost exactly 3 months. I am not a Subaru return buyer but I will be now. More
