We always strive for the satisfaction of our customers and it is defeating when our efforts are met with misleading and inaccurate customer reviews.

Yes....you reduced the pain of the hitch by 49.2% (I paid more than half) on the hitch. I’ll grant you that. However, that $500 (out of $985) bill is still sitting on my credit card because of your incompetence. Show me ONE thing in my review that was "misleading" or "inaccurate"? I have a contract in my possession where I struck out "Starlink"...yet that $100 still went into the loan, and it was still activated. I have text message history from Ralph asking for my credit card number, for the $985, to fix his mistake. Shall I post screenshots proving my points? How am I "misleading" and "inaccurate" when I told Ralph *MULTIPLE* times to include the tow package into the deal. I confirmed with him TWICE after the deal, and was told that "it was on order"...when it was NOT. Who is misleading whom? Where is the lack of accuracy when I told Ralph the terms of the deal I accepted, yet he failed to relay them to the finance officer? Had I not read the contacts, I would be tied into the bank at the wrong terms. I find your response to my review to be lacking in anything but condescension toward your customer. You have done nothing to salve the wound, but instead have added salt. I gave SPECIFIC and DETAILED instructions, and not one of them were carried out. Then you call me "misleading" and "inaccurate"?? I suggest you take a moment, and reflect on your attitude toward customers. As a business owner myself, I am always reminding myself -- "One unhappy customer is worth more than 40 happy customers....'cuz they'll tell everyone their misery on a whim. A happy customer just goes on his/her merry way and won't speak unless asked." And here I am...spending MORE of my life with your dealership over this deal, writing reviews and retorts...is it possible to take away another star?
