He got all the documents ready and we signed them digitally, which was our preference. Secondly the sales manaher, Louis Leon stepped in, apologized profusely and made some concessions for us. He lliterally saved the deal. He treated my family like royalty. If it was not for him we would have gone to another dealership. I would definitely recommend this dealership.
