Purchased our 2021 Buick enclave from them we also purchased the platinum service plan. Scratch and dent protection all the extras trying to get service for our air-conditioning that is broken. Tried to speak with a manager no managers are ever available. No one will call you back just the sorriest customer service I’ve ever had to deal with at any dealership. And as soon as you catch an attitude for having to deal with their sorry customer service they will for a fuse to work with you. What’s really crappy is when you purchase that service plan, it is only good at their dealership. No other GMC dealerships will honor their service plan. I highly recommend that you not waste your time with these people go somewhere else. More

This dealership called me and told me a Suburban I previously inquired about had just been delivered. I have been looking for one. I went over and was able to look at it. I tried to discuss their bott previously inquired about had just been delivered. I have been looking for one. I went over and was able to look at it. I tried to discuss their bottom line price but they would not give it to me. They planned to load an additional $10k in dealer add-ons to the vehicle though it had just been delivered and they had not yet been able to do it. I told they I did not want the dealer installed options but they said management would not allow it to be sold without them. Mind you, this is a $92k vehicle they were selling at MSRP plus a big $899 dealer fee. After I kept trying to get their final price on the vehicle, I was told they were negotiating with two other people on the same vehicle, playing all of us against each other. These guys are hucksters and treat their prospective customers very badly. To them people are nothing more than a mark in their big con! Don't wast your time, find a dealer that treats people better. I hope that when the supply catches up and they are trying to unload vehicles, that all the people they treated badly remember and avoid this dealership like the plague. I had been taking our cars there for service. No more, ever! More

I've bought over 30 vehicles in my lifetime and I have to say, this was the easiest buying experience I've ever had BY FAR. My salesman Bruno Blanco was friendly and easy to deal with, and although this purc say, this was the easiest buying experience I've ever had BY FAR. My salesman Bruno Blanco was friendly and easy to deal with, and although this purchase was a special order, I never felt pressured during the entire buying process. It's actually not like any car dealership I've ever been to. Everyone was friendly and willing to help but again, there was never any pushy vibe. Also, a shout out to my finance manager Dwight McComb. He was ALWAYS responsive to my many questions over the time it took the car to get built, and while I admit, I was a difficult customer, Dwight always treated me with courtesy and most importantly, HONESTY. You'd be hard pressed to find a GM dealership, or ANY dealership for that matter that makes buying a car easier and more enjoyable. Good work fellas! ~D.P.M. More
