I bought my last Honda at Wolfchase Honda and was impressed enough with them to go back. The sales people were friendly and not overly aggressive about trying to push you into making a sale. They were knowledgeable and listened to what I was looking for (initially a used car), and they found me several that met the criteria I was looking for. I test drove a few, and told them I was just shopping that day... no pressure from them to make a purchase. When I came back the next day, they were again helpful and let me test drive a few cars before I chose the one I liked. The deal making process went much smoother than I anticipated, and I feel like I got a good deal. Mickey Harmon helped me the first day and was very helpful; however, he was tied up with customers when I returned the next day. So instead of making me wait, he enlisted Luis Castillo to assist me.
