Pleasantly surprised with the dealership and salesperson. Having had a horrible experience at Berterra Nissan a few years ago, I was nervous about going to another dealership and had been looking at vehicles Having had a horrible experience at Berterra Nissan a few years ago, I was nervous about going to another dealership and had been looking at vehicles online. My husband took me in just to "take a Quick Look" and my perfect vehicle was there, exactly what I had been looking for. After meeting a salesman and going for a test drive, I knew I'd be purchasing it. The back and forth was painless, and we settled on a deal. There were a few slight hiccups, they never buffed it before pickup, and the windshield had 4 major chips when I went to get it. (No idea how that happened between my test drive and picking it up next day) Anyways, No hassles. Replaced windshield, got a sticker, buffed and side rails put on witching a couple of days. They even sent me off with a full tank of gas! I'd definitely go back again. Very good experience with Luis and Herb Chambers. More
