There was a lack of communication between the service personnel and the rust proof sales person. I was scheduled for the rust proof package and I received a call from the sales person that afternoon personnel and the rust proof sales person. I was scheduled for the rust proof package and I received a call from the sales person that afternoon after I had already dropped my truck off at 8:30 asking me when I wanted to bring the truck in. I was told the parts needed for the rust proof package hadn’t arrived yet even though I had prepaid for the service for that particular reason and I was told to bring my truck in on Monday 06 December.They were supposed to keep it at the shop for one day and due to the lack of communication it was kept for 2 days leaving me without my truck for one additional day that I hadn’t planned on. Once the job was completed I asked Louis to tell me more about the warranty to which he kept telling me to follow the instructions on a piece of paper. I felt he could’ve given me more information himself. More

I brought my Camry back on 3/30/21 to have the illuminated door sills installed along with the remote engine start up, I dropped my car off between 0730-0745, I knew it would be an all day job but illuminated door sills installed along with the remote engine start up, I dropped my car off between 0730-0745, I knew it would be an all day job but I had someone to pick me up from the dealership. I called at 545 to check on my car and was told it would be about another 90 minutes. I called the service department back at 805 but everyone had left, no one bothered to call to let me know my car would need to be kept overnight, this created a real inconvenience for me since I had to scrabble to get a ride to work the next day. The next day 3/31/21 I called and asked for Louis he told me he would check the status of my car and call me back within 5 minutes, I called again 50 minutes later and Louis “said” he left me a message, my phone was with me the entire time and I had no messages from him, he said my keys would be with the cashier. When I arrived at the dealership I was handed my keys and no one offered to show me how to work the FOB for the remote engine start up, there was an instruction card attached to the remote. Needless to say I had some issues with the FOB and had to return to the dealership on 4/3/21 and while Louis did show me how to properly operate the FOB I feel this was a trip that could have been avoided had Louis or someone else taken the time to show me how to operate the FOB properly when I initially picked up the car. When I purchased the car in early March I was very pleased with my salesperson Vito, unfortunately returning the car for the after factory installs I was not happy with the customer service. The extra added attention that is given to a customer goes a long way!! More
