I brought my Camry back on 3/30/21 to have the illuminated door sills installed along with the remote engine start up, I dropped my car off between 0730-0745, I knew it would be an all day job but illuminated door sills installed along with the remote engine start up, I dropped my car off between 0730-0745, I knew it would be an all day job but I had someone to pick me up from the dealership. I called at 545 to check on my car and was told it would be about another 90 minutes. I called the service department back at 805 but everyone had left, no one bothered to call to let me know my car would need to be kept overnight, this created a real inconvenience for me since I had to scrabble to get a ride to work the next day. The next day 3/31/21 I called and asked for Louis he told me he would check the status of my car and call me back within 5 minutes, I called again 50 minutes later and Louis “said” he left me a message, my phone was with me the entire time and I had no messages from him, he said my keys would be with the cashier. When I arrived at the dealership I was handed my keys and no one offered to show me how to work the FOB for the remote engine start up, there was an instruction card attached to the remote. Needless to say I had some issues with the FOB and had to return to the dealership on 4/3/21 and while Louis did show me how to properly operate the FOB I feel this was a trip that could have been avoided had Louis or someone else taken the time to show me how to operate the FOB properly when I initially picked up the car. When I purchased the car in early March I was very pleased with my salesperson Vito, unfortunately returning the car for the after factory installs I was not happy with the customer service. The extra added attention that is given to a customer goes a long way!! More

The salesman, Edwin Cotto, was very helpful. He was not pushy and he was knowledgeable about the cars I was interested in. The manager was - a manager (not friendly). The only issue I have is that a car I pushy and he was knowledgeable about the cars I was interested in. The manager was - a manager (not friendly). The only issue I have is that a car I ordered that was supposed to take 2 days to deliver (confirmed by manager) took 10 days! Other than that, I had no issues with any other dept. I had contact with at this dealership. I recommend Edwin. More

I recently brought in my leased 2018 Toyota Corolla IM to purchase a Hybrid Toyota Corrolla. Bob Spee was great at explaining all aspects of the Hybrid. Jason was very helpful in Finance and Luis was help purchase a Hybrid Toyota Corrolla. Bob Spee was great at explaining all aspects of the Hybrid. Thanking God that He loves me so much and knew where to direct me purchase my car! I wanted a car and a new one!! I looked at a lot of other Toyota location, but some how I wasn’t really into them! I am an hour and a half hours away from this location! And I went there with my parents, best decision I ever made! From the customer service to the whole process! Mr. Bob was very welcoming and stayed on top of business to makesure I got the best vehicle! Wow! Even my parents were happy and impressed by how great he was! I’ll definitely recommend people buy their cars at this location! Keep up the great work. It all start by how welcoming you are and the whole service was awesome!! Super blessed! Had a remote start out in the car was there for 10 hours. Luis said it would be ready by 4-5, told me to come at 5:15 to pick up still not ready. We purchased a remote start as a Christmas gift for our son. I worked with Louis and made sure we would be set to have installed on Monday, December 28th as he does not live here but he bought his car ther son. He was so surprised and happy with this Christmas gift as he always gives us such thoughtful gifts. I had paid for it months before and we called the Saturday prior to confirm and also add an oil change. The Service Team said they could not do both in one day so we decided the car start would be installed on Monday and the oil change Tuesday. My son took off work. Tuesday afternoon we go pick up the car and after 40 minutes he comes out. I am so excited for him when he tells me that they never installed the remote start. They forgot. The car was there for two days with multiple calls to confirm. My son had to get back home and I was left standing in the parking lot feeling so bad for my son. I had to go in and wait for a refund of over $500 that I still don’t have. To say we were disappointed would be an understatement. We have purchased cars there before and were proud when our son bought his there. We have no gift for our son and his reply was, “it’s the thought that counts” I wish Oak Lawn Toyota would have thought to do what they said they would and wonder how they looked at that car for two days and gave it no thought. Heartbreaking! More
