Speaking with Macy Stewart prior to coming in, I had a ideal of the dealership. As a person who had not experienced a dealership prior, I honestly was of the mindset of 'sales are sales.' I was pleasantl ideal of the dealership. As a person who had not experienced a dealership prior, I honestly was of the mindset of 'sales are sales.' I was pleasantly surprised to enter the dealership and experience the welcome and calmness that enveloped me. In speaking with Macy prior, I also expressed my late husband always took care of such situations. Macy reassured me that she would assist me every step of the way. Macy inquired about type of vehicle I was interested in, what I enjoy doing with my vehicle. Macy had prepared a Nissan Rouge and a GMC Terrian for me to test drive as a starting point. I felt she chose the perfect options for me. I had also noticed a Rogue the same color as my own Tuscan. Unfortunately someone was getting ready to test drive it. Macy understanding my many emotions involving the situation, was VERY mindful explaining features of the Rogue. Pausing to allow me time to absorb the information and ask questions whenever needed. Deciding on the Rogue, we went inside to start the process. Again, Macy took time to go over the information pausing to allow me to process the information without getting overwhelmed. I expressed concern about the amount I had for a down-payment and showed her what Credit Karma was showing my credit score to be. Macy reassured me the situation was better than I was thinking it to be. I was surprised to find my credit score was higher than I thought, Macy allowed the information to be absorbed. She celebrated this with me. To say I was emotional, is a under statement. Just when I thought this experience could not get any better, Macy asked if I would like her to check on the Rogue that matched in color to my Tuscan. For Macy to have kept me saying how familiar that would be to have a new vehicle match what my late husband and I had was over and beyond my expectations. The Rogue was available. Macy celebrated this with me. A week ago, I was driving a 2005 Hyundai Tuscan with 235,000 miles unable to get on the highway or go above 40mph. I am now the proud owner of a 2023 Nissan Rogue. Macy Stewart went over and beyond to make my experience with Tom Gill exceptional. Paying attention to details and celebrating with me. Theres no doubt my late husband is smiling down and proud. Cheyenne Collins did an excellent job finding us the car we wanted! She kept us informed and negotiated the sale with little hassle and without harassing us! She was so good, we passed up dealerships closer we wanted! She kept us informed and negotiated the sale with little hassle and without harassing us! She was so good, we passed up dealerships closer to us, and drove from Dayton to Florence to seal the deal! That said, when we got to the dealership the prices we were quoted for our trade ins didn't come close to matching. We were disappointed that the sales manager played the back and forth game that kept us at the table for three hours. We had done our research and knew our numbers, which we eventually got to, but was this ruse necessary?? ...it's time consuming and aggravating! Macy was very good at closing up the paperwork, and the young lady that put us in our car was great! Our overall experience was very good! It's just a long drive from Dayton for what we anticipated to be an abbreviated visit because we had signed everything electronically the night before. Still kudo's to Cheyenne, Macy, and the young lady who introduced us to our car! More
