The Service Representative was great. However, the day after I got home, the car would not start. I got a boost. The battery was dead. I thought this was included in the multi-point check with oil change. Secondly and most importantly I found a lug nut from my right front wheel lying in my driveway. There should be some quality control when tires are rotated. How could a lug nut be so loosely placed on the wheel without being tightened. This could be dangerous. I believe I will be going to Tansky or a local mechanic next time. That's too bad. I have had such great service from Toyota Direct. More
