I asked for a paper printout of additional services my car needed. I was informed by Maggie that it was attached to my paperwork. Once home I realized the paperwork was not attached. Called the center back again to request a copy and did not receive a call back but instead received a text from someone with no name and again it was not what I requested. I don't understand what eso hard about printing a copy of additional services needs and the cost. The service department for my car is always great as usual. More
