Although Toyota West was certain that my Toyota warranty would cover the repair. I took my car to Toyota Direct for my convenience. Toyota Direct was not certain that my repair would be covered so I had to would cover the repair. I took my car to Toyota Direct for my convenience. Toyota Direct was not certain that my repair would be covered so I had to have my spouse pick me up after several hours. After receiving notice that my warranty was valid, I returned to pick up my personal belongings and a rental car from Hertz. Hertz did not have my RO number which delayed my rental. Although the repair was delayed by a day, it was completed right before my five day rental was due. I plan to contact Toyota Direct services because my rear window still will not open and possibly need a warranty repair. I’m not sure why the rear window was not checked since the hatch door and rear window cause a double sound alert. More
