I believe it is rare to develop a sense of trust when dealing with a car salesman, but I must say Alex is so organized & genuinely concerned to achieve a clear & honest deal for his customers that he does provide a trust. He puts you at ease immediately. Working through the financial details & paperwork was made straightforward & simple with your financial officer, Manny. His friendly, patient & considerate attitude was certainly a large factor in my positive view of Colonial Honda. Although I live in CT, I readily recommend Colonial Honda to friends. More

Desiree was fabulous. I contacted her a month ago with a few months left on my lease. She was extremely helpful and started the process of locating me a new CRV. She was I contacted her a month ago with a few months left on my lease. She was extremely helpful and started the process of locating me a new CRV. She was able to locate me a car in the color of my choice within a few weeks. She called to set up an appointment to test drive the car and complete the process. She was very organized with all of the paperwork and I was driving my new car home an hour after the scheduled appointment. This was my second time leading from her and I highly recommend her. More

They seem like decent people. They worked hard to help me with my needs. Alex was responsive and timely. I have two issues tho. I was right across from the general managers office They worked hard to help me with my needs. Alex was responsive and timely. I have two issues tho. I was right across from the general managers office where there was an argument between the Manager and one of his guys. This is not a big deal but note able. I wasn’t entirely sure what was in the Manila envelope until the papers were signed. Come to find out the car fax report was in there and it noted that the car I just purchased had been hit in the rear end a couple years back. Everything looks fine but that worries me now. Like I said otherwise great experience! More

This dealership was great! I was seen right away and there was no hassling involved, which is hard to find in a dealership these days.
