I have been dealing with Marcio since I renewed my second lease. He is honestly the only reason why I will keep going back to Jeep. He made the process quick and painless. Ultimately I was not sure if i wanted to get another Jeep and he was super patient and understanding throughout the whole process. He got me the best deal he could and i am super grateful for him, his patience and his honesty! The Crew at Elwood was great to deal with! Starting with Rebecca, who returned my inquiry about a new Ram Truck I was looking at. She checked if the truck I saw on the internet was still on th Starting with Rebecca, who returned my inquiry about a new Ram Truck I was looking at. She checked if the truck I saw on the internet was still on the lot. To Ethan who was my sales associate. Who went with me and my family to answer all our questions and concerns. And Marcio the sales manager at Elwood, who worked with me on my trade and made sure all my discounts and rebates were put through to get the best deal we could. They worked hard to get us the right price on our truck purchase, and we never felt any pressure. Let's not forget Bill our business manager who late on a Saturday, got our plates transfer done and insurance info done, so we could take our New Ram truck home that night! They even filled the tank for us! On Tuesday Ethan sent an email follow up asking if everything was great. To my surprise I got a check engine light come on Monday morning. Ethan and Marcio got right on it! they were ready to send a flatbed to pick it up the truck and leave me a loner. I decided after talking to them, that it was safe to just drive the truck back to Elmwood as I don't work too far away. Ethan met me at the door and took the truck right back to service. They had the truck done as I waited, maybe 15 minutes! Was just a reset on the system that was needed. No problems or lights now, all is good! Great team at Elmwood! More

We couldn’t be happier with our used car purchase from Elmwood Dodge. Marcio got us started and Mike Santos was the best salesman we have dealt with in a very long time! He is very knowledgeable and was a Elmwood Dodge. Marcio got us started and Mike Santos was the best salesman we have dealt with in a very long time! He is very knowledgeable and was able to answer all our questions. They worked with us on the price and were very patient with the fact that our private lender took longer than usual with the money transfer. The car was ready to go when we arrived to pick it up. Everyone we dealt with for this purchase was polite, kind, and courteous. We would highly recommend Elmwood Dodge and will look to them first the next time we need a vehicle. More
