Our salesperson Julian at City VW Evanston delivered an easy, no-stress purchasing experience. My wife and I walked in with an idea of what we were looking for, but not a timeline. Julian accompanied us on easy, no-stress purchasing experience. My wife and I walked in with an idea of what we were looking for, but not a timeline. Julian accompanied us on the test drive and clearly explained all the vehicle’s features and functions. We loved the vehicle and decided to move forward, but sought a different color and alternate feature set. Julian searched partner dealerships in the area, and was not only able to find the exact vehicle we wanted (we assumed it might take a few days), but Julian was able to have it delivered to the lot within an hour — so without a timeline in mind, we happily accepted the keys for our new vehicle the same day! Truly a great supporting team for Julian, too: his manager Marcus discussed lease and buy options to help us make a decision easily, Boris evaluated our trade-in vehicle in about 20 minutes and gave us a good Kelley Blue Book estimate, and Alex in financing walked us through the leasing process, our options, and got us on our way in short order. Of course, there are always a few followup questions and Julian has answered those clearly and responsively. I highly recommend working with Julian and the group over at City VW in Evanston. Incredibly friendly service in a no-stress environment. More
