She found a recall on my car and asked me about it and I told her that the doorhandles clicked when I open them so she had the servicemen check it out and she arranged for me to have my doorhandles replaced since there’s a recall on them. She worked hard for me & even provided me another Lexus vehicles so that I could go to work for the 4 hours they worked on my car. I was barely there 10 minutes and all of this took place (minus the phone calls to my certified insurance, which Maria worked on while I was gone). Maria is a hard worker and did a great job! More

I was out of town in my Lexus LX 570 when my driver’s side mirror was hit by a school bus. I contacted Keith in the parts department. He was extremely helpful. He put me in contact with Maria in the serv side mirror was hit by a school bus. I contacted Keith in the parts department. He was extremely helpful. Ralph Paty is phenomenal. He found three different vehicles until he finally found the one that fit my wife’s needs and wants.
