I bought my vehicle from there, got one oil change and after the way I was treated by the gentleman in the service department, I will not go back. He will know exactly who I am. I asked how much for filte after the way I was treated by the gentleman in the service department, I will not go back. He will know exactly who I am. I asked how much for filters because I can do it myself. I was told it would be $45. I was shocked to see a $40 install for a 2 minute job on my bill. When I questioned the installation fee after being told it was $45, Mr. Edler became very defensive and borderline rude. I ultimately asked him to take the filters out and before I could finish my sentence, he had stormed out. Unfortunately, what I was going to chalk up as a simple miscommunication turned into a very negative experience for us both. I was further dissatisfied when I saw the way he was talking about me and the situation to someone else. I gave him 3 stars because he was very professional and kind before the conflict. Luckily, the lady behind the office counter was very kind and made my otherwise rough experience palatable. Unfortunately, I did not get her name. More
