I am very sorry to hear this. Obviously we have failed to accommodate and meet your expectations. We don’t build them and we do our best to fix them when things go wrong. Adaptive cruise control is tough to diagnose as you need to be on the highway to get it right. thedeg11, I am very sorry for your sentiment, but there needs to be a little context here. Obviously, we do not build the cars, we sell and service them for Chevrolet. That being said when something goes wrong, we do our best to fix it as quickly and efficiently as we can under Chevrolet's guidelines. Your husband was informed and acknowledged that there was bad 02 sensors. The fix for them is to reprogram them first, and if that fails to then replace them, per Chevrolet's instructions. Your husband was informed of this prior to doing any work on the vehicle and acknowledged this. We reprogrammed it, and all seemed to work but he was instructed that there is a chance the light would come back on and need to be replaced. Which is what happened in this case. When he came back, we replaced and only charged him the cost of the part and did the installation for free. I am sorry if this information was not relayed to you, but when your husband brought the car in, it was definitely a conversation that was had. Unfortunately over the course of 5 years, some things do need to be replaced. If you care to discuss more, you can reach out to the store and ask for Andrew and I will be happy to continue to explain. Take care.
