My Sales experience was great. The sales associate Nycki is this dealerships best asset. It ends there with the service department. Brand new 63,000 truck. I ordered side steps and was told to bring it in as they were there. 1/2 hour drive each way. I was told when they opened the box they were'nt the right ones, OK. Brought back in a second time for installation. Plates come in and I mention to the service staff that the adaptive cruise control wasn't working. Possibly I was doing something wrong. NONE of the service people had a clue to how it worked. REALLY? OK I was told to make an appointment 1 week later. Today I was in the waiting room over THREE hours. Then was told it wasn't fixed do I want to keep waiting??? NO. I was told to bring it back next week and they would TRY to get me a Loaner from ENTERPRISE? REALLY? OK I'll finish my review next week. WORST SERVICE CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED after spending over 60K on a Brand New Truck. More

As much as buying a car can be plesent, every thing wentwell. There was a problem the next da y after purchase when the engin lite came on. I talked to James Cho , before the Christmas holidays. About a 2022 Summit white Colorado that was shown on their Website . He told me the Truck was in transit and should be here around New holidays. About a 2022 Summit white Colorado that was shown on their Website . He told me the Truck was in transit and should be here around New Year's . He told me , that when it comes in . I will get a call from him . The week after New Year"s the Colorado came in ! James called me and set up an appointment for the next day . I took the Colorado out for a test ride the next day . I sat down with James Cho and I went home with a New 2022 Colorado . This is my 2nd Truck I have bought from Bennett's Chevrolet !! I have another Chevy dealer closer to me , but the extra drive is worth it !! They also have good service !! More

Stay away from Bennett Chevy service department. We have a 2017 Cruze that only has 15,000 miles on it, practically new, and the check engine light came on. The car needs to be inspected this mon We have a 2017 Cruze that only has 15,000 miles on it, practically new, and the check engine light came on. The car needs to be inspected this month so my husband made an appointment at Bennett last week. He said I know exactly what is going to happen I'm going to take it in and $350.00 later it will be fixed that's because four years earlier we had a later model Malibu with the same emissions problem and that's how much it cost. Sure enough he comes home and yes a repair bill for 350 and they said if it didn't pass inspection they would take care of it. Today my husband was at the inspection station with two cars ahead of him and sure enough the check engine light came on. He had choice but to leave and take the car back to Bennett, so four hours later and another bill for over 200. They didn't fix it last week they only but a band-aid on it. They charged 200 for a part they should have put on last week. When my husband started dropping some names they started oh we can take a couple of dollars off no problem. Big problem we will never go back there for anything. Stay away from Bennett Chevrolet service department, stay far, far away. More
