I was on time for a 10:00 am appointment and was checking out around 12:00 pm noon (or thereabouts). This is my first time at this Westmont dealership. I finally was given some information on the status of out around 12:00 pm noon (or thereabouts). This is my first time at this Westmont dealership. I finally was given some information on the status of my battery literally just before 11:28 am but only after I texted my service person to inquire about a status. I certainly did not expect to stay there that long to have my battery replaced. I guess, all in all, it would have been nice to be told up front how long a wait for this would possibly be as I scheduled it as a "waiting" customer. I also did not expect to find out that if I paid via a credit card that I would be responsible for an additional percent charge because I chose to pay this way. So, be prepared to either pay by cash, check, or debit card if you don't want an additional fee added on to your total. Mark was a pleasant Service Member and I appreciate that they honored the price I was given via the phone the previous day when I called to inquire before making my appointment. More

Mark checked me in and he was wonderful. I was upset because I had a 1:30 appointment, all I needed was rotate tires, check fluids, breaks etc. , but I waited for over 2 hours.
