I had a situation in which my Parking Brake Warning Light came on unexpectedly. I was only a few minutes away and took my vehicle directly to MBOTW (without an appointment) at 4:00 p.m. I was immediately gre came on unexpectedly. I was only a few minutes away and took my vehicle directly to MBOTW (without an appointment) at 4:00 p.m. I was immediately greeted on arrival and your team member took my details and went to find a Service Advisor to assist me. Whilst waiting (only a few minutes), I was asked by two of his colleagues if I had been assisted (and assured them that I had, but this was much appreciated nonetheless). Mark Escobar came assisted me (Mike Lange, who is my regular Service Advisor, was tied up with other customers at the time although, when he had a chance, he checked in on me). Happily, the problem was determined, the part was in stock, and after a very relaxing two hours in your pleasant Guest Lounge, I was on my way. Given that we are driving to West Texas this weekend, it was critical that this problem be identified and resolved. Mark did an outstanding job of getting me into the service queue, shepherding my vehicle through the process, and keeping me informed the entire time. Like Mike, whom I originally followed from MB Houston North, Mark is an excellent Service Advisor and a credit to the MBOTW team. While waiting, I spoke with Anthony Walding and shared my thoughts and appreciation regarding his outstanding team. Your service team truly delivered the best level of customer care possible.
