Anthony Davis was patient in answering all of my questions, patient in dealing with my stubbornness, and he was was simply pleasant to work with. Todd Brekke was great in helping us get our paperwork filled out and answered our questions honestly and openly. I was VERY hesitant to buy a car from a dealership 90 miles from home, but the sales manager, Mark Howar, assured me that if we had any issues, he would make them right. Overall positive experience, room for improvement We overall had a great experience. My husband and I had done our research and picked a very rainy day to buy a car. Our salesman was accommodating and enthusiastic and very eager to give us great service. I would say that it was pretty offputting seeing employees smoking right outside the main entrance, The floor is very dirty, our daughter was filthy after playing in the kids area and crawling around to the point where I had to change her clothes. The people we did not work with directly were not personable. Derek, Mark, Beth and the gentleman that finalized our paperwork were wonderful. Thanks again to Derek because even after the sale was done, he went above and beyond to help us out with a couple issues that we had not previously noticed. More
