The service department representatives are friendly, professional, and listen to the customer. They stick to their price quote, unless they find an additional problem. Staff was professional,on time and cheerful! Service was performed and explained plus a safety check of other functions was added at no cost as they knew I was going on a trip in a few days. I had a persistent leak from the front end of my 2011 Tacoma. Sierra Toyota service department ran the problem to ground and repaired it without charge.
