Complete lack of integrity and honor. Part of my deal last month was for the dealership to switch toppers from old truck to new. In writing, on paper. It never happened. I had to pay out of pocket to finally get it done properly. When presented with $386 bill, Martin absolutely refused to reimburse me for an expense that was a direct result of this dealership’s failure and complete disregard for customer service. It was part of the deal. And Nimnicht Chevy doesn’t honor the deal. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to buy a vehicle from a business like Nimnicht that completely lacks integrity. More
