We bought a 2022 CR-V today from Marty. He was great at communicating. We ordered my CR-V & it came in a lot quicker than expected. My experience at Zimmerman was mostly fantastic. Marty made sure that the car was in great condition before I drove it off the lot, and he definitely wanted to make sure the car and my experience me Marty made sure that the car was in great condition before I drove it off the lot, and he definitely wanted to make sure the car and my experience met my expectations. The only thing I was disappointed in is that this is the only car I've ever purchased that didn't come with a full tank of gas. When I brought this to his attention he said their pre-owned cars only come with a half of a tank. In this area, they fall short of every other experience I've had (I've only purchased pre owned cars) with other dealerships. I also had a less than perfect experience in the finance department as the representative would not take no for an answer when he was trying to sell me an extended warranty. Each time I said no (3 times), he acted like I was a fool for not purchasing this wonderful offer. Other than these things, the good far outweighed the bad. I highly recommend them and Marty, especially. More
