I was so sad to trade in my car but Aaron helped me through the process:) He was very knowledgeable and patient to answer all my questions. He was not pushy and did not rush at all. He gave great ideas, like “take the car overnight”. Aaron drives from Elyria to work at Preston, love your red SUV (brain fart..again on the name of your car…haha) I am certain your MaMa is looking down and very proud of you;) She sure raised a very fine man, and your mannerism will be carried down to your children!! Thanks Curtis for double checking the car being cleaned. Sorry to keep Chris after hours for paperwork. Mr. Preston gives back to the community, as to our special needs students for years. Along with so much money with Cardinal, and Burton Local Schools. He has purchased and donated to the Geauga County Fair for years. I am glad to live in the same community of Newbury as him. I have bought several cars in the past from Preston. My 2 favorite’s at Preston Marve Moore (repairs on my suburban in the past) and Aaron McCoy! My wife brought the car in for an 11:00 oil change appointment. She was told the were behind schedule by about an hour! She was not pleased but settled in for what she thought would be a long wait. 35 appointment. She was told the were behind schedule by about an hour! Incredible work to get the work complete close to the original appointment time estimate. More

I wish I could give the Preston Team ONE MILLION STARS!!!!! I initially brought my Equinox in so they could inspect an issue following a collision repair at another dealership. Marv in Service list STARS!!!!! I initially brought my Equinox in so they could inspect an issue following a collision repair at another dealership. Marv in Service listened to my concerns and had Dave, the AWESOME mechanic, identify and CORRECT the issues the other dealership overlooked...and I wasn't charged AT ALL!!! Then, D'Andray and Devin in Sales listened to my concerns and desire to have a vehicle with a little more room and amenities. Next, they worked with me to trade-in my Equinox and get a fully-loaded GMC Acadia without changing my monthly payments no more than $60 a month!!! This included the Gap Insurance & Tire Protection Mike in Finance was able to add!!! Preston is AMAZING!!!! More
