My wife brought the car in for an 11:00 oil change appointment. She was told the were behind schedule by about an hour! She was not pleased but settled in for what she thought would be a long wait. 35 appointment. She was told the were behind schedule by about an hour! Incredible work to get the work complete close to the original appointment time estimate. More

I wish I could give the Preston Team ONE MILLION STARS!!!!! I initially brought my Equinox in so they could inspect an issue following a collision repair at another dealership. Marv in Service list STARS!!!!! I initially brought my Equinox in so they could inspect an issue following a collision repair at another dealership. Marv in Service listened to my concerns and had Dave, the AWESOME mechanic, identify and CORRECT the issues the other dealership overlooked...and I wasn't charged AT ALL!!! Then, D'Andray and Devin in Sales listened to my concerns and desire to have a vehicle with a little more room and amenities. Next, they worked with me to trade-in my Equinox and get a fully-loaded GMC Acadia without changing my monthly payments no more than $60 a month!!! This included the Gap Insurance & Tire Protection Mike in Finance was able to add!!! Preston is AMAZING!!!! More
