After three trips one to ganley Chevy on brookpark and two to ganley Ford West not only were they not able to fix what was wrong with my vehicle under the warranty they sold me but their customer service two to ganley Ford West not only were they not able to fix what was wrong with my vehicle under the warranty they sold me but their customer service was terrible and the keys I paid for don't even work for my vehicle I would not recommend either dealership to anyone anytime More

After the experience I had with Ken Ganley Ford West. I will not be buying another vehicle from them or recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle. The truck they sold me has a leak coming from the I will not be buying another vehicle from them or recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle. The truck they sold me has a leak coming from the sunroof. I asked about a replacement trim piece for the bumper. They promised they would send me one. Postage was not paid in full and I had to pick it up from the post office and cover the additional postage for the part. Upon opening the part, I find that it’s a used part with scuffs on it. More
