In my 2 year ownership I had an instance with my BMW X5 when the oil drain plug couldn’t be tightened anymore and the dealer had to replace the oil pan. I had purchased a warranty that covered it, but at f when the oil drain plug couldn’t be tightened anymore and the dealer had to replace the oil pan. I had purchased a warranty that covered it, but at first they wanted me to pay out of pocket. I had a little argument with them, and at the end the dealer fixed it under the warranty. I would suggest anyone to carefully read their warranty contracts. Overall experience has been fine but it can be better. More
