Incorrect. You were asked to leave because you were not able to behave in a way that is acceptable. You asked the service manager if she was "stupid", referred to our technicians as incompetent and cursed continuously... and this was your FIRST time in our service department. We make a commitment to all of our staff that they deserve to be treated respectfully. If customers are unable to do this, we ask them to service their vehicle elsewhere. It is not righteous or arrogant to ask customers to not name call and swear at our staff. If this seems unacceptable to you, then it is for the best that we part company.
