I had a great experience at Toyota of Cleveland. Matthew Frady was my salesperson and Alfred Polk was my financial person. They were both excellent. I was looking for a RAV4 with specific colors (gray). Frady was my salesperson and Alfred Polk was my financial person. They were both excellent. I was looking for a RAV4 with specific colors (gray). Mike Covington attempted to locate one at another dealership for me. When this was not successful Matthew worked with me to order what I wanted. Matthew was awesome. He kept me abreast of the arrival of my new vehicle. He lined up to have the black fabric seats replaced with gray leather ones. He definitely goes above and beyond for his customers. I highly recommend Matthew. These 3 associates made my vehicle purchasing experience great! More

They worked with me to get a payment I could afford, and Matthew even went out of his way 30 minutes to bring paperwork to me! The service department before purchasing even made sure the car was in top notch condition before purchasing. I would recommend Matthew and his team to anyone looking to buy a used or new car, they are the BEST! More
