Hello everyone, So I have been in Lakeland my whole life born and raised here I love this town so much! Been around cars and basically anything with an engine since i was about 5 years old. After high school I went to automotive school in Orlando, Then started as a technician apprentice not long after that. After working on cars for a few years I decided to take on a service advisor roll for about 4.5 years and now have been in sales for about 1.5 years. Took car for coolant leak. Fixed under warranty. Two items for improvement 1) they could have got me into a loaner a bit sooner as car was obviously not safe to drive 2) when Fixed under warranty. Cleared it myself but expect that to be taken care of. I did not receive a call that vehicle was ready. Had to follow up on my own. Other than that happy with customer service and appreciate the car wash and clean interior when I picked up. Will most likely purchase next vehicle from Lakeland VW. More
